What You''ll Be DoingYou''ll:Partner with managers to provide expert advice across a wide range of HR and employee relations matters.Lead and support complex casework including disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work, attendance management and capability.Build strong relationships with senior leaders, managers and trade union representatives.Support recruitment and selection activities, including chairing interview panels and advising on best practice.Work collaboratively to develop practical HR solutions that promote engagement, wellbeing and positive workplace cultures.Analyse HR data and prepare reports to support informed decision-making.Support organisational change, workforce planning and continuous improvement ..... full job details .....
