HR Business Partner

Position: HR Business Partner - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Location: Manchester (With Hybrid Working) Salary Guide: 55,000 - 60,000 Plus Car/Allowance and Excellent Package Our client is a leading Engineering Contractor which operates throughout the UK delivering projects within the water sector and they have a new opportunity for an HR Business Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover their offices/projects in the North of England. You will partner and offer support to the business in all aspects of HR, focussing on succession and talent, learning and development, coaching and delivering their People Plan within your regions. Key responsibilities: Working with the central teams to implement key initiatives relating to areas such as talent, performance management, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing.In partnership with managers take ownership of implementing the people plan.Coaching Managers and individuals.Maintain positive relationships with the central HR functions.Managing all employee relations issues in your regions (disciplinary, grievance, performance management, sickness absence etc)Support the Recruitment team in future talent processes such as graduate recruitment.Undertake and support HR project work as identifiedWork closely with the LandD team to provide support in the co-ordination of training and development for managers and their teams in line with performance management tools.Work with LandD team to ensure key deliverables are met, monitored and ..... full job details .....
