Your new roleAs HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing both strategic and operational HR support across the organisation.Key responsibilities will include: Partnering with senior leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned to business objectives. Providing expert guidance and coaching on employee relations matters, including complex casework. Supporting organisational change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Using people data and insights to identify trends and inform decision-making. Driving key people processes including performance management, talent development and succession planning.
