SF Partners are recruiting an Interim Finance Business Partner for an international PE-backed Services business who are experiencing rapid growth.

Supporting a European business unit, you''ll work closely with senior management to improve financial visibility, understand performance and support commercial decisions. This is a broad, hands-on assignment combining business partnering, management accounting and financial accounting.

The role

• Partner with operational leaders, providing financial insight and constructive challenge.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and analysis of revenue, costs and profitability.
• Deliver month-end financial accounting, including journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Apply strong UK GAAP knowledge to support accurate accounting and group reporting.
• Investigate variances and provide clear, actionable commentary.
• Work closely with the wider finance team and local advisers; specialist local statutory accounting and tax are handled separately.

About you

You''ll bring strong management and financial accounting experience, sound UK GAAP knowledge and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders. We''re open to Finance Business Partners, Finance Managers, Financial Controllers and experienced Senior Management Accountants who can work independently and get into the detail.

Previous interim assignments would be beneficial.

You must be comfortable working in the Warwickshire office three days per week and undertaking European travel for four days during one week each month, typically Monday-Thursday. Business travel and associated costs are covered.
