HR Business Partner (Change Management) Fully remote 350 - 400 per day Outside IR35 3 month contract My client, a purpose-driven and growing organisation, is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People and Culture team for a 90-day period. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial HR experience who enjoys partnering with senior leaders and supporting organisational change, culture and business development. ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned with business objectivesLead and support organisational and cultural change programmesProvide expert HR advice and constructive challenge on complex people mattersSupport workforce planning, employee engagement and organisational developmentCoach and develop managers and senior leadersIdentify and manage people-related risks, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practiceWork collaboratively with the wider PandC team to deliver an effective HR service SkillsProven experience as an HR Business Partner within a commercial environmentStrong organisational change and transformation experienceExcellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skillsStrong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practiceCommercially minded with a strong focus on employee experienceConfident coaching and advising senior leaders Package 350 - 400 per day Outside IR3535-hour working weekFully ..... full job details .....
