The Role As an HR Business Partner, you will lead employee relations and absence management while partnering with leaders, managers, HR colleagues and union representatives. This permanent, onsite role offers meaningful influence and development in a fast-paced FMCG environment. What you''ll be doing Partner with senior leaders on people ''s priorities and change. Lead ER activity, guiding HR Advisors on grievances, disciplinaries and performance. Drive absence management and help managers improve attendance.
