HR Assistant

A leading international bank is seeking an HR Assistant to support Learning andamp; Development, HR analytics, employee relations, employee engagement, and wider HR operations within a regulated financial services environment. This is a 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension, based onsite in Central London (5 days per week). The successful candidate will have at least 3 years'' HR experience within banking, financial services, or another regulated industry, alongside strong data analysis and reporting capabilities. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data reconciliation, and dashboard creation, are essential.
