Role Duties
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Ensuring Right to Work checks are completed and accurately recorded in the HR system.
- Providing support for internal and external HR enquiries.
- Maintaining electronic employee records (e.g., sickness, family leave).
- Administering the company’s employee benefits scheme.
- Coordinating HR-related training programs and workshops.
- Supporting new hire induction logistics, including mandatory e-learning modules.
- Producing and submitting reports on HR activities/trends and statistics.
- Supporting with HR employee / industrial related processes such as disciplinary, and grievance investigations and meetings.
- Staying up to date with the latest HR best practices.
- General and ad hoc HR administrative duties.
Skills needed
- Proven admin or some HR experience
