The role - HR Assistant: Provide administrative support across all aspects of HR including recruitment, onboarding and staff records.Maintain accurate employee databases, contracts, and personnel files in line with safeguarding and GDPR requirements.Support recruitment processes - placing adverts, shortlisting, arranging interviews and obtaining references.Assist with payroll preparation and absence monitoring.Liaise confidently with staff, SLT and external agencies.Support the HR Manager with ad hoc projects and policy updates.
