The Role Working closely with the HR team, you''ll provide end-to-end administrative support across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on recruitment and maintaining accurate personnel records. Your responsibilities will include: Managing high-volume recruitment administration from application through to appointment and induction Advertising vacancies and coordinating shortlisting and interview processes Preparing interview packs, schedules and recruitment documentation Supporting managers with recruitment activity and recruitment events Producing offer letters and contracts and processing contractual changes Coordinating pre-employment and safer recruitment checks, including references, DBS and employment history Maintaining accurate employee records, personnel files and probation information Supporting sickness absence and Return-to-Work administration Responding to HR queries professionally and confidentially Maintaining recruitment trackers, spreadsheets and HR records Supporting wider HR and office administration when ..... full job details .....
