About You as a HR and Recruitment Advisor: The HR and Recruitment Advisor will play a key role in supporting all aspects of human resources operations. This individual will always act with integrity, honesty and champion a diverse and positive workplace in order retain talent, while maintaining efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced regulated environment. Requirements HR Advisor: Onboarding: Compile offer letters and contracts to be sent out to prospective hires. Support as required with onboarding documents related to new starters and ensure compliance and accurate record keeping. Support candidates as required post offer to ensure a seamless process to the point of start date when joining the organisation. Support with the obtaining of references for employees joining the business. Assist where appropriate with onboarding and induction processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. ..... full job details .....
