HR and Organisational Development Lead

Portfolio HR and Reward are supporting an inclusive public sector organisation that are currently seeking a HR and Organisational Development Lead join them on a Temporary basis until next July.This role will be based in Derby and offers hybrid working following probation.The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between £21 to £23 per hour, plus holiday pay.As a successful HR and OD Lead, you will be responsible for;Supporting the Head of HR and OD, in reviewing current processes/practices/systems, ensuring these align and reflect the businesses strategyEnabling the current team to provide high quality advice, guidance and coaching to managers/stakeholders surrounding HR policy, performance management and ODFostering good employee relations between stakeholders and managersStep in for the current HR Manager when requiredThe ideal HR and OD Lead will have experience in the following;HR and OD Management within a large organisation (ideally public sector)Designed and implemented Organisational Development strategies in line with best practiceWorked with trade unions to achieve staffing changesCoaching HR and OD professionalsIf you are a HR and Organisational Development Lead that is keen to work for a bold, leading business and is immediately available - please apply for a confidential conversation.51879LGINDTEMPThe Portfolio Group are acting on behalf of our client in recruiting for this position. ..... full job details .....
