This role is about taking things to the next level by adding structure, consistency and visibility, not firefighting or rebuilding from scratch.You''ll work closely with the leadership team, acting as a trusted advisor and hands-on operator across people and finance.If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and being relied on to keep things running smoothly, you''ll enjoy this role.What will you be doing?Finance is in good shape today. Your focus will be on improving rhythm, insight and reporting, including:Establishing monthly management reportingMaintaining an up-to-date monthly cashflow forecastIntroducing project-based financial reporting to improve visibility of client profitabilityManaging day-to-day essentials such as invoicing, payroll, and liaison with external accountants on tax and VATProviding clear, practical insight to support commercial discussionsThis is about control and clarity, not complex financial restructuring.People / HRHR processes already exist and are largely outsourced.
