This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in structured finance and/or funds finance transactions.Day-to-Day of the Role:Act as a legal advisor for clearing banks and other institutional lenders.Provide expert advice and representation on banking and finance matters, with a specific focus on structured finance and funds finance transactions.Lead and oversee complex financial transactions from structuring and negotiation to execution and closing, ensuring compliance with client policies and requirements and operating best practices.Develop and maintain existing client relationships, enhancing the firm''s reputation in the banking and finance sector.Required Skills and Qualifications:Must be a qualified lawyer in England and Wales with at least 10 years of experience in banking and finance, acquired at a leading regional or national firm.Demonstrated high degree of sector knowledge and commercial awareness.Proven experience in acting for lenders on structured finance and/or funds finance transactions.Strong ability to manage and develop client relationships.Experienced in managing and mentoring junior solicitors and trainees.Benefits:Minimum of 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.Two Corporate ..... full job details .....
