We''re are working with our client to find a proactive and commercially minded HR Advisor to partner with managers and employees, driving best practice across employee relations, wellbeing and HR compliance.Supporting a population of circa 100 employees, you''ll play a key role in delivering a quality, responsive HR service in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, capability and absenceCoach and support line managers through investigations, hearings, PIPs and flexible working requestsManage wellbeing, absence and occupational health cases, identifying trends and supporting proactive solutionsOversee leave processes (maternity, paternity, parental etc.), ensuring compliance and accurate record keepingBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a key HR partner to your assigned business areaSupport compliance, policy updates and HR best practice in line with legislationDeliver and support wellbeing initiatives and HR projects across the businessAbout YouHR generalist with strong employee relations experienceConfident advising and influencing managers at all levelsCIPD qualified (or working towards) preferredHighly organised, detail-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong communicator with a calm, professional and solutions-focused approachIf you''re looking for an opportunity to make a real impact and support people and leaders in a ..... full job details .....
