Job Title: HR Advisor Location: Birmingham- 2/3 days per week in the office Salary/Rate: £214 per day inside IR35 Start Date: 11/05/2026 Job Type: Contract - 6 monthsCompany Introduction We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading energy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled HR Advisor to join their team for a six-month contract.Job Responsibilities/ObjectivesTo work in partnership with the HRBP to deliver HR interventions and change projects associated with the programme of work and/or People Plan.Implement changes in HR policy and procedure in a consistent manner at a local level.Interpret MI in order to identify trends and work with local leaders to implement changes to working practice.Provide HR support for local leaders in the identification and development of talent, and support the development of robust succession planning.Support consultation with Trade Unions and Business Forums within local areas of responsibility.Support the engagement of employees at a local level.Coach local leaders to become self sufficient in the application of people processes.Providing HR support for local leaders on organisational change, driving good quality outcomes for the individual and the business.Manage people processes effectively ensuring use of information channels such as HR Online and compliance with policy, processes andamp; contractual agreements.Support cross-department, cross-region and cross-unit HR projects.Support managers ..... full job details .....
