This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to broaden their experience, gain exposure to a diverse range of clients and industries, and play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support and advice.Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you will provide practical HR guidance across a variety of employee relations matters, support client projects, and contribute to the continued success of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Advisory and Employee RelationsProvide expert HR advice and guidance to clients on a range of employee relations matters.Support and manage processes including disciplinary, grievance, mediation, appeal, redundancy, and TUPE cases.Review meeting notes and provide recommendations on appropriate next steps.Client ManagementBuild and maintain strong client relationships.Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.Chair HR meetings, including investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievances, mediations, and appeals.Onboard new clients and deliver training on HR systems such as Breathe HR.Documentation and ComplianceDraft employment contracts, policies, disciplinary ..... full job details .....
