Temporary HR AdvisorLocation: TN9, TonbridgeContract: Temporary / InterimHours: Full-time (flexible/hybrid options may be available)We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy and supportive HR team on a temporary basis in Tonbridge. This role is ideal for someone who is immediately available and confident in managing a broad HR generalist remit.Day-to-day of the role:Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers across the business.Support employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.Update HR systems and maintain accurate records.Support the implementation of policies and HR projects.Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal procedures.Required Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.Strong knowledge of UK employment law.Confidence in managing ER cases independently.CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Available at short notice or immediately.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate.Hybrid working options, depending on business needs.Friendly and collaborative team environment.Opportunity to gain valuable interim experience.To apply for this Temporary HR Advisor position, please submit your ..... full job details .....
