HR Advisor - Freight and Logistics IndustryWednesburyMonday to Friday onsite, 9am to 5pmJob Type: £33,000 - £36,000, dependent on industry We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to take end-to-end responsibility for HR activities within a dedicated area of our business in the logistics industry. As the primary HR contact, this role combines hands-on advisory support with oversight and accountability for HR Operations. The HR Advisor will work closely with managers to deliver consistent, legally compliant, and commercially focused HR solutions.Day-to-day of the role:Act as the primary HR point of contact for an allocated business area/function, holding overall responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of HR activity within the area.Build strong, trusted relationships with managers and stakeholders.Lead and manage employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, and capability.Provide advice on complex and sensitive people matters and support formal meetings as required.Oversee and coordinate HR transactional activity delivered by HR Operations, acting as the escalation point for the business area.Ensure that employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, variations, leavers, etc.) are completed accurately, on time, and in line with policy.Monitor service levels, identify gaps or delays, and implement improvements in collaboration with HR Operations.Review and approve key documentation relevant to the ..... full job details .....
