We are partnering with a respected housing association in the Midlands who are looking to appoint an HR Advisor on an 8-month FTC. This is a hybrid role requiring travel across Staffordshire and some travel into Shropshire, and offers a salary of £33,880 plus a car allowance.The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or have equivalent experience.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Provide proactive, customer-focused HR support to managers across a full range of employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence and performanceManage ER casework from start to finish, ensuring accurate documentation, timely progression and appropriate escalation of complex casesSupport organisational change activities such as consultation, redeployment and redundancy, offering clear guidance to managers throughoutPartner with colleagues across the People team to deliver effective recruitment, onboarding and job evaluation processes, ensuring fair and consistent selectionMaintain accurate HR data and reporting through the HRIS, supporting compliance, audit requirements and informed decision-makingContribute to continuous improvement by supporting people-related projects, sharing insights, and promoting consistent application of policies, procedures and EDI principleExperience required:Operational HR support in a generalist or case management roleManaging and advising on employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, ..... full job details .....
