HR Advisor Salary: £36,500 - £40,000Location: WorleHours: 37 hours per week Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-4:30pm Friday: 8:30am-4:00pmWorking Pattern: Hybrid working available, with flexibility around working hours The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join a collaborative and supportive People Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, providing expert advice, and making a tangible difference within a multi-site organisation. Working closely with senior leaders and managers, you will provide expert guidance and hands-on support across a broad range of employee relations and people matters. You will help leaders navigate HR challenges with confidence, ensuring a consistent, fair and people-focused approach. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You''ll utilise your HR expertise, sound judgement and problem-solving skills to develop practical solutions that support both organisational objectives and employee wellbeing. You will also contribute to wider HR projects and initiatives that help strengthen organisational culture and improve the employee experience.
