This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional looking to work within a dynamic, people-focused environment where employee engagement, development and wellbeing are at the heart of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practice.Support managers with employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.Assist with investigations and formal HR processes.Support recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.Coach and develop managers to build confidence in people management practices.Maintain HR records, systems and documentation.Coordinate leaver and exit processes.Support learning and development activities across the business.Produce HR reports and analyse people data to support decision-making.About YouPrevious experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.Strong employee relations knowledge.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Confidence influencing and supporting managers at all levels.A proactive, solutions-focused approach.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a varied workload.What''s on Offer?Competitive ..... full job details .....
