Are you an ambitious HR Assistant looking for that next step in your HR career, we are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a busy HR team in Droitwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in supporting our people strategy, advising line managers, and contributing to a positive working environment across the business. This is an office based full time role no hybrid.HR Advisor Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practice.Support and coach line managers on employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.Manage recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes.Assist with learning and development initiatives and employee engagement projects.Support payroll and employee benefits administrationMaintain up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.Contribute to HR reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.The successful HR Advisor will have the following skills and experience:-CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified (or working towards).Solid HR advisory experience in a fast-paced environment.Employee Relations knowledge with the ability to influence at all levels.Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.Experience with HR systems and MS Office.In return ..... full job details .....
