This brand new role is based at their site in Lincolnshire, towards Sleaford area.Your new role Reporting to the HR Manager you will responsible for providing a full HR service on all areas of Employee Relations / case work.You will use your HR and employment law knowledge and experience to advise employees and managers on all HR matters.You will also manage volume HR/ER cases, supporting and advising on all employee relations matters.
