DescriptionProvide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.Support the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies.Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.Contribute to training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capability.Support performance management processes, including appraisals and talent reviews.Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver projects and initiatives effectively.ProfileA successful HR Advisor should have:QualificationsCIPD Associate (or equivalent experience) with up-to-date employment law knowledgeEvidence of ongoing CPDSkills and ExperienceProven HR generalist/advisory experience with strong employment law knowledgeConfident managing employee relations casesStrong communication, organisation and problem-solving skillsDiscreet, professional and approachable with a commercial mindsetIT literate across Microsoft Office and HR ..... full job details .....
