HR Advisor

Responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to managers and employees across a wide range of people matters, including employee relations, absence management, performance, recruitment, and employment law. The successful candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners to deliver a high-quality HR service, build strong stakeholder relationships, and support organisational initiatives and change projects. Client Details This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with managers, navigating complex employee relations matters and supporting organisational change within a unionised environment. The role offers exposure to a broad range of HR activity, although a significant proportion of the workload will be focused on employee relations and case management. The role requires 2 days onsite in Wolverhampton (Thursday is a mandatory day).
