Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. Coach and support managers in applying HR policies, procedures and best practice. Manage complex employee relations cases with confidence and professionalism. Recruitment and Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across Manufacturing Operations. Partner with operational leaders to identify workforce requirements and support future headcount planning. Help develop effective talent attraction strategies for skilled and technical roles. Support initiatives that improve employee retention and engagement. Talent Development and Succession Planning Support the development of future leaders and key talent within the business.
