We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a successful and well-established organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a hands-on operational HR position providing professional advice and guidance across the full employee life cycle, with a particular focus on employee relations. Working closely with the HR Manager, the successful candidate will support managers and employees with a wide range of HR matters, ensuring that policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with UK employment legislation. Job Description for the HR Advisor role: As the HR Advisor you will be providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees Managing a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, probation and flexible working matters As the HR Advisor you will be supporting and conducting workplace investigations Preparing for and attending disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings Providing practical advice and coaching to line managers.
