What you''ll be doing: Providing expert advice to managers and staff on employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices. Supporting managers in achieving organisational goals through effective HR strategies. Managing complex employee relations cases, including attendance, discipline, grievances, and performance issues. Assisting with organisational change projects, ensuring smooth transitions and legal compliance. Contributing to HR development initiatives and maintaining accurate, confidential records. Promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the workplace. Participating in meetings, training, and occasional travel to other sites. What you''ll bring: Full or part qualified CIPD in Human Resource Management, with at least Associate Chartered Membership. Experience managing complex caseloads in a busy HR environment.
