As HR advisor you will be required to on-board suitable employees, train, learn, retain and develop people through people management and performance, ensuring targets are set and achieved, provide motivation and support for people engagement and wellbeing making sure the business follows company protocol, employment laws and regulations. Key Duties will include but not limited too - Maintain accurate records within our clients HR platform, always adhering to the needs for confidentiality and GDPR. Advise managers on disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, absence, flexible working, family leave and employment law matters.
