Job Title: HR AdvisorSalary: 35,000Location: Sittingbourne, KentOur client is currently for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team due to continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity to support the business and managers with providing a first class service with guidance relating to grievance, disciplinaries, time and attendance, onboarding etc.Duties: Be a friendly, approachable and trusted first point of contact for people-related queries. Build positive relationships with team members and leaders across the business. Support employee relations casework, helping leaders navigate people matters fairly, consistently and in line with company values. Assist with investigations, hearings and other people processes, developing your confidence and capability along the way. Provide practical guidance and support to leaders on day-to-day people matters, with support from the wider People team when needed. Prepare letters, documentation and records accurately, professionally and confidentially. Support Occupational Health referrals and associated processes. Help ensure a consistent and positive experience for team members across all local sites. Champion inclusion, wellbeing and a positive workplace culture. Support and deliver initiatives linked to the Culture Calendar and team member engagement activities.
