The Role Due to a recent period of significant commercial growth, we are currently recruiting for an office-based HR Advisor on a full-time substantive basis of 35 hours per week to join our team of HR professionals based at our new modern office pavilion suite in the Scottish Enterprise Technology Park. As our key HR team member, the postholder will be the first point of contact to triage all incoming HR queries and provide HR advice on all aspects of the employee life cycle. The postholder will also have primary responsibility for conducting HR documentation audits, as well as generating all client employment documentation including contracts of employment, employee handbooks and associated HR policies/procedures.
