Job Title: HR Advisor Location: Reading Salary: £20 - £25 per hour Contract: Interim About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join an FE college based in Reading area, with a strong focus on Employee Relations. You will support managers across the college with a wide range of ER matters, helping to ensure a fair, consistent, and legally compliant approach. Key Responsibilities Advise managers on disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance issues Manage ER casework from start to resolution Support investigations, hearings, and appeals Ensure policies are applied consistently and in line with employment law Build effective relationships and coach managers on people matters About You Experience in an HR Advisor role with strong ER focus Good knowledge of UK employment law Confident managing a varied ER caseload Strong communication and organisational skills CIPD Level 3 or equivalent An enhanced DBS certificate is essential (registered within last 2 years) ..... full job details .....
