HR Advisor

A fantastic opportunity for a progressive HR Advisor to join an ambitious, growing business near Portsmouth. I am pleased to be working exclusively with a trusted client who would like to add a HR Advisor to their team. This role is a varied position, offering exposure to ER casework, day-to-day HR responsibilities and leading on recruitment / onboarding. This role also offers a clear development path to becoming an HR Business Partner in a couple of years in line with the growth of the company, supported by an experienced Head of Learning and Development. Reporting to the Head of HR, who I have known for many years, this role will work closely with the wider HR team to offer a professional HR advisory service to a busy operational manufacturing site. You will be working with a range of stakeholders across all levels of the business, from employees to the Executive management team, escalating issues and providing feedback to the rest of the HR team.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Creating and updating job descriptions Tracking all recruitment matrixes, including number of vacancies, number of applicants per vacancy, time to fill etc. Identify appropriate methods of sourcing candidates and working with the marketing team to advertise vacancies using the appropriate platformsContinuous improvement of HR and recruitment processesBe responsible for the candidate recruitment experience, gaining feedback and implementing improvements.
