HR Advisor

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Adviser with a strong Employee Relations and HR systems background to join their team on a fixed term contract until March 2028.

You''ll provide HR advice to managers and employees, independently managing disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases, as well as coaching managers and supporting employment legislation and policy.

A key part of the role will be taking the lead on HR systems and workforce data, improving processes, reporting and system functionality, and supporting system upgrades and implementations.

We''re looking for:

• CIPD qualified/member
• Strong Employee Relations experience
• Experience managing ER cases independently
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Ideally confident using Power BI
• Experience working with Trade Unions and operational workforces
• Confident advising and coaching managers

A varied role combining hands-on ER with HR systems, data and continuous improvement.
