HR Advisor (Generalist)

Following the successful award of major contracts the business is expanding rapidly and increasing business headcount across its UK operations Description Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising vacancies, screening candidates and coordinating interviews. Act as the main HR point of contact for apprentices and contractors, including support relating to IR35 requirements. Maintain and update employee records, HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support onboarding activities for new employees and contractors. Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate learning, training and development programmes across the business. Ensure employee data and HR documentation are maintained accurately and compliantly. Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries and employee relations matters. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and best practice.
