We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join a People and Culture team. Acting as a key point of contact for managers and employees across the business, you will provide expert HR guidance, support employee relations matters, and help deliver our people strategy.Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting the business through the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR best practice and employment law compliance while helping to create a positive and engaging workplace culture.Key Responsibilities As an HR Advisor, you will: Deliver a professional and customer-focused HR advisory service across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.Provide advice and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters, including employee relations, probation management, performance management, and absence issues.Manage a varied employee relations caseload, providing practical and legally compliant solutions.Keep the HR Business Partner informed of employee relations trends, risks, and case updates, recommending appropriate actions.Review, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures across the business.Manage and monitor absence records, including long and short-term absences, welfare meetings, and Occupational ..... full job details .....
