The group includes Location One (Integrated end to end shoot support) and Autotrak Portable Roadways (temporary access equipment hire). This role is to provide HR Support to Location One and Autotrak, and holiday cover for ADF.HR Advisor - Main Responsibilities:- To provide professional, proactive, and customer-focused HR advice and support across multiple sites- The HR Advisor will partner with managers to deliver effective people solutions, ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies, and contribute to the achievement of organisational objectives- Support Line Managers with people management activities (absence management, performance management)- Provide advise and guidance to managers regarding Employee Relations issues (Performance, Conduct, Long Term Sickness, Grievances)- Attend disciplinary/grievance hearings as note taker and company witness- Be responsible for the posting of new ..... full job details .....
