Role: Experienced HR generalistLocation: Leeds (hybrid working)Duraction: Temporary whilst recruiting permanently (Salary 42,000) Senior HR Advisor / HR Business PartnerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a values-led organisation as a Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner. Reporting into senior leadership, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support, helping to drive employee engagement, organisational performance and positive cultural change.This is a broad generalist role, offering the opportunity to partner with managers across the organisation whilst leading and developing a small People team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the People team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused HR service.Partner with managers on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning and organisational design.Provide expert advice across the full employee lifecycle, supporting managers to resolve people matters effectively and compliantly.Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and organisational change matters.Support TUPE transfers, restructures and consultation processes.Coach and challenge leaders to strengthen people management capability and create high-performing teams.Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities, promoting inclusive hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.Drive continuous improvement across HR policies, processes ..... full job details .....
