HR Advisor (Employee Relations Focus)

Our client, a renowned institution and visitor attraction operating in the arts and culture sector is now seeking a confident and proactive Human Resources Advisor to play a key role in delivering expert Employee Relations (ER) support across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives on managing complex people matters, building trusted relationships, and coaching managers to achieve fair and consistent outcomes. The Role With a strong emphasis on Employee Relations, you will take ownership of a varied case portfolio, supporting managers through the full lifecycle of ER matters. These will include disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management, probation and workplace investigations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide clear, pragmatic guidance that balances organisational needs with employee wellbeing, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice at all times.
