Senior HR Advisor (FTC/Contract)OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a busy HR team, supporting a period of high casework volume and organisational change. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on complex employee relations (ER), coaching junior team members, and supporting business change initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and resolve a range of complex ER cases end-to-end, including:GrievancesDisciplinary processesCapability issuesAbsence managementAct as a subject matter expert on ER, providing guidance and oversight to two HR AdvisorsSupport and coach HR Advisors to develop capability and ensure best practiceAssist with restructures and organisational change, including supporting consultation processesBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing clear, confident HR adviceHelp manage and reduce a backlog of casework, particularly complex absence casesContribute to maintaining consistent HR policies, procedures, and complianceKey Priorities (First Few Weeks)Supporting HR Advisors with ongoing caseworkTaking ownership of complex absence management casesReducing and clearing the current casework backlogSystems and TechnologyCurrent system: Select HRFuture system: iTrent (MHR) (implementation planned for September 2026)Strong system aptitude is essential; candidates must be comfortable quickly learning new HR systemsAbout YouProven experience in a Senior HR Advisor / HR Generalist roleStrong background in ..... full job details .....
