HR Advisor

Teachwise is currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor-for a local secondary school based within the Manchester-area.

The role is offered on a full-time, long-term-basis and will start on 20/04/2026.- You will need to have previous experience working as an HR Advisor within a school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting staff with all aspects of HR
• Providing staff guidance
• Supporting the recruitment process
• Supporting staff well-being
• Liaising with various departments
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Hold right to work in the UK
• Hold CIPD level 5 or higher
• Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
