£24,760 per annum (£35,236 per annum FTE)

Portishead with Agile working  

26 hours per week over four days a week (Monday fixed and other days to be agreed with candidate)

Are you passionate about creating a positive workplace culture as part of a high performing team? Come and join our friendly and supportive People team as an HR Advisor. In this role, you will work closely with our HRBP’s as well as Shared Services and L&OD, to provide a professional, pro-active, collaborative and customer-focused service to the business. 

Your day-to-day duties will involve supporting managers and colleagues with employee relations, driving productivity and operational efficiency, as well as delivering generalist HR support and related administration. You will also have opportunities to be involved in reviewing policies, supporting recruitment and onboarding, training and varied HR projects. 

This role will focus on the Repairs, Finance, Assets and New Homes areas of our business and is ideal if you have a passion for making a difference to the business through your HR advice and support.
