Artis HR are supporting an established organisation in recruiting a part-time HR Advisor. This role sits within a small People team, providing day-to-day HR support across a range of departments.
You''ll be the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting managers with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and general HR processes. Alongside the operational work, you''ll also contribute to updating policies and supporting HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and colleagues
Support employee relations cases such as performance, absence and conduct
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Keep HR records accurate and up to date
Contribute to HR policy and project work
About You
Experience working in an HR Advisor or similar generalist role
Confident handling employee relations issues
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Able to build effective working relationships across the business
Organised, adaptable and able to manage a varied workload
