HR Advisor - Cumbria Home-Based FT/PT 6-Month Temp-Perm

Job Title: HR AdvisorLocation: Home-based with travel across Cumbria as required Contract Length: 6 months (possibility of Temp to Perm based on performance and business needs)Payrate: 17.95/hr. Core hours: 37.5-hour working week (Mon-Fri), part-time options of 3 or 4 days per week.Note: The role is mainly work from home (around 70%), with around 30% travel to schools across Cumbria. The role involves managing HR casework, building strong client relationships, delivering high-quality customer service, and supporting HR projects and onsite client requirements. We''re looking for someone with recent HR/People Advisor experience, ideally with a strong HR generalist background and experience handling employee relations case.
