What will the HR Advisor role involve? Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees on policies, employee relations, and best practiceCoordinate new starter processes, inductions, and onboarding, as well as manage leaver processes, including exit interviewsProduce and manage HR reports, including regular updates for senior stakeholdersOversee the full recruitment process, coordinating interviews, and preparing offers and contractsEnsure all job descriptions and person specifications are accurate and kept up to dateLead on annual reviews of the staff handbook, HR policies, and templates to ensure compliance with employment legislationActively monitor absence cases and conduct return-to-work interviewsCoordinate the performance appraisal process and employee engagement initiatives Suitable candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy: CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) with proven experience in a generalist HR roleStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practicesExcellent administration and organisational skills with high attention to detailConfident communicator with the ..... full job details .....
