You will be supporting the HR team during a restructuring process. Interim HR Change Advisor Day Rate On-site Near Maidstone - 3 Months Some responsibilities of the HR Advisor (Change) include: General support for a restructure / redundancy process Supporting the collective consultation process participating in meetings, taking minutes, helping to facilitate setting up the consultation committee / balloting if needed. Participation in individual consultation meetings / supporting managers. Administrative support / actions throughout the process. Supporting with any associated grievances / ER issues.
