With a number of offices throughout the UK, this role would be located in London.DescriptionA Senior HR Advisor to:Provide HR advice and support to the management team.Develop new and review existing HR policies and, procedures, and update where necessary.Manage the onboarding and induction process for new starters as well as exit interviews.Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture development.Support on employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution. This can include sickness absence, grievances or disciplinaries. Coach and advise managers, supporting with HR queries.
