We believe in the power of community, collaboration and transparency to create lasting change. We provide supported housing, advice and guidance to over 170 vulnerable, homeless young people per year.Our Community Interest Company has a separate board and exists to provide 24/7 concierge services for young people at CAYSH and externally to vulnerable adults with complex needs.We are looking for a HR Advisor who can provide clear HR guidance and advice, whilst being supportive of CAYSH''s overall mission to end youth homelessness. You will be able to work as a team, liaise with and be supported by our insurer''s legal advisory service, and also work independently, leading projects yourself.This broad HR Advisor role sits within the leadership team, supporting day-to-day HR needs while contributing to business strategy and HR objectives.
