This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing a varied workload, and is confident handling multiple employee relations cases simultaneously. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both employees and managers while contributing to the ongoing development of HR processes and initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities Managing a wide range of Employee Relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management, capability issues, and absence management. Providing professional HR advice and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Supporting the HR Manager with various HR projects and business initiatives. Reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Monitoring employee training compliance and ensuring mandatory training records remain up to date. Building strong relationships with managers and supporting them with people-related matters. Liaising with Trade Unions and attending meetings when required. Assisting with HR audits and compliance activities. Supporting recruitment activities, including interviewing, onboarding, and inductions.
